This Privacy Policy explains how Ekipta and its operator, MARVİA BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, handle personal data related to website visits, account administration, support and the Ekipta service.
Roles
For account, website and direct support processes, Marvia may act as data controller. For operational data uploaded by a customer company about its own staff, locations and workflows, the customer company generally determines the purpose of processing and Ekipta provides the service as a processor within the agreed scope.
Security and access
Ekipta applies company-level data separation, role-based authorization, audit records and time-limited support access controls. Users should not upload unnecessary sensitive information.
