Ekipta is designed to obtain location when the user starts or completes a visit/task or when a location-required workflow is explicitly used. It is not intended for hidden 24/7 off-hours tracking.
Photos
Photos should document shelves, products, faults, service, delivery or other operational evidence. Avoid unrelated faces, identity documents, payment cards and unnecessary sensitive information.
Signatures
The drawing/signature field in Ekipta is not a qualified electronic signature unless separately established under applicable law. It is intended as a delivery, visit, service or action confirmation.
Roles
The customer company determines the purpose and rules for its field data. Marvia/Ekipta provides the technical service as processor for those customer-controlled workflows.
