1. Scope
Ekipta is a B2B field operations SaaS platform operated by MARVİA BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. These terms govern use of the website and private application.
2. Business use
The service is intended for commercial or professional use by companies, sole proprietors and authorized staff. Users must provide accurate account information and protect their credentials.
3. Company administration
The customer company is responsible for assigning appropriate roles, permissions, teams and managers, and for ensuring that users process operational and personal data lawfully.
4. Prohibited use
Users must not attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, bypass tenant or permission controls, overload the service, infringe third-party rights or use Ekipta for unlawful monitoring.
5. Beta service
During Public Beta, features may change and temporary interruptions may occur. No automatic paid subscription begins unless commercial terms are separately enabled and accepted.
6. Intellectual property
Ekipta software, brand assets, design and platform content remain the property of their respective rights holders. Customer-entered business data remains under the customer’s control subject to the service agreement.
7. Governing law
Mandatory jurisdiction rules remain reserved. Otherwise, Turkish law and the jurisdiction stated in the company settings apply.
