Important: This is a template for customer companies. The customer, as data controller for its workforce, must adapt the notice to its own identity, purposes, legal grounds, retention periods, employee policies and applicable law.

1. Data controller

[CUSTOMER COMPANY LEGAL NAME] is the data controller for employee task and field-operation processes. Ekipta/Marvia provides the technical platform as data processor.

2. Data processed

Name, contact details, position, user account, assigned tasks and visits, timestamps, visit start/end location, uploaded photos/files, form answers, expenses and performance indicators may be processed.

3. Purposes

Work organization, task assignment, visit verification, quality/audit, expense control, reporting and legal obligations.

4. Location limits

Location should be collected only within a proportionate work, task or visit workflow. Continuous hidden tracking outside working purposes should not be used.

5. Rights

Employees should be provided with the customer company’s own privacy request channels and rights information.
