Data controller / service provider: MARVİA BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ
1. Parties and service
This agreement governs the provision of Ekipta by MARVİA BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ to the business customer that creates or accepts a company account.
2. Service scope
Ekipta provides configurable field operations features including users, locations, tasks, visits, forms, reports and optional modules. Available features depend on the current product version and company settings.
3. Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for lawful use, user authorization, data accuracy, internal workforce notices, role configuration and the legal basis for operational data uploaded to the platform.
4. Availability and changes
Reasonable efforts are made to provide service continuity, but maintenance, security events, third-party failures or beta changes may temporarily affect availability.
5. Data and confidentiality
Customer operational content remains under the customer’s control. Marvia processes such content only to provide, secure and support the service, subject to the applicable data-processing terms.
6. Fees
During the Public Beta, no paid subscription is automatically activated. Commercial fees apply only after pricing is enabled and separately accepted.
7. Termination
Account closure, export and deletion follow the applicable plan, beta conditions, legal retention requirements and data-processing agreement.
