1. Service messages
Account verification, password reset, security alerts, task/complaint notifications, beta-period notices, contractual updates and service-availability messages may be sent to operate the account and service. These messages are not dependent on marketing permission.
2. Marketing messages
Product promotions, campaigns, discounts or commercial offers are sent only when the relevant optional preference or other lawful basis is in place. Marketing permission is not required to create an Ekipta account.
3. Opt-out
Users can withdraw optional marketing preferences through the Privacy Center or the unsubscribe method provided in a communication. This does not disable essential service and security messages.
4. Records
Consent/preferences and opt-out records may be retained with the date, source, user and necessary technical evidence. Additional Turkish commercial-messaging requirements must be implemented before marketing campaigns are activated.
