Data controller / service provider: MARVİA BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ
1. Roles
For operational personal data that a customer company uploads to Ekipta for its own field activities, the customer generally acts as data controller and MARVİA BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ acts as data processor, unless a specific processing activity requires a different role.
2. Instructions
Marvia processes customer operational data only to provide, secure, maintain and support Ekipta and according to documented customer instructions and applicable law.
3. Confidentiality and security
Access is limited to authorized persons. Technical and organizational measures include tenant separation, role controls, logging, secure file handling and controlled support access.
4. Sub-processors
Infrastructure and support providers may be used as described in the sub-processor list. International transfers, where applicable, require an appropriate legal transfer mechanism.
5. Assistance
Within reasonable technical limits, Marvia assists the customer with data-subject requests, security incidents and deletion/export obligations related to data processed through the service.
6. End of service
Customer data is returned, exported, deleted or retained only as required by the applicable service terms and legal obligations.
