A basic company can start quickly by completing company preferences, adding locations and inviting staff. Larger data migrations and custom processes may require additional preparation.

Ekipta is mobile-responsive and can be used from a modern phone or tablet browser. PWA support may allow it to be added to the home screen, depending on the device and browser.

Ekipta is designed to request location in user-initiated field workflows such as visit start/completion or location-required tasks. It is not intended as continuous off-hours tracking.

Yes. Company managers can create dynamic form templates with text, number, date, choice, score, photo, signature and other supported fields, including conditional rules.
