Ekipta’s primary website, application, database and file hosting are provided in Türkiye by Güzel Hosting (GNET İnternet Telekomünikasyon A.Ş.).
Transactional e-mail is sent through the SMTP service configured by Ekipta administrators.
Live support
JivoChat may be used as an optional functional support service. It is loaded under the configured consent rule and may involve international processing depending on JivoChat infrastructure.
Analytics
Google Analytics may be configured for public-site analytics but is not loaded unless the analytics preference is enabled.
Changes
The provider list may be updated as the product evolves. Material changes should be reflected in the relevant privacy and data-processing documentation.
