1. Beta period
Eligible company accounts may use Ekipta free of charge for the configured 90-day Public Beta period. No credit card is required and no automatic charge is made at the end of the beta.
2. Beta nature
The product is actively being tested and improved. Features, limits, screens and workflows may change, and temporary defects or service interruptions may occur.
3. Feedback
Users may submit bugs, suggestions and usability feedback. Ekipta may use this feedback to improve the product without transferring ownership of the customer’s business data.
4. End of beta
If paid subscriptions have not been activated, the account may enter a restricted or read-only state. Data export and retention rules will be communicated before deletion or commercial migration.
5. No automatic paid conversion
Participation in Public Beta does not create an automatic paid subscription.
